Ruth Nathan has an extensive background in customer success and project leadership roles within various companies, including American Express, Satago, and Glorify. Ruth has experience in managing premium consumer card portfolios, devising global product strategies, leading customer experience improvement initiatives, and implementing change management processes. Ruth also has a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Brighton. Presently, Ruth serves as the Mobilisation Project Lead at HTB Church.
