Bala Tadepalli

Bala Tadepalli has over 20 years of work experience. Bala began their career in 1999 at HTC as a Manager and remained in that position until November 2019. In November 2019, they joined HTC Global Services as the Director of Talent Management. Bala also held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition, starting in September 2021. Overall, Bala has extensive experience in management, talent management, and talent acquisition.

Bala Tadepalli earned a Master's degree in Engineering from PSG College of Technology and Bharathiar University. Bala also obtained an AMIE degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Engineers.
