Balaji Desikan

Balaji Desikan has extensive experience in the field of project management and delivery. Balaji began their career at Radiant Software Solution Inc in 1999 as a Technical Trainer. From there, they worked at Proton Edar as a Team Lead in 2005. In 2007, they joined Wipro Technologies as a Project Manager. Desikan then transitioned to HTC Global Services, where they served in various roles including Project Manager, Practice Head for Odoo ERP implementation, Director of Delivery, and their current position as the Senior Global Delivery Director for the Auto/Manufacturing sector. Balaji has been with HTC Global Services since 2001.

Balaji Desikan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Electronics and Communication from the University of Madras and Velammal Engineering College in the years 1995-1999. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Managing Resources Across Project Teams from LinkedIn, EXIN DevOps Master and Exin Agile Scrum Master from EXIN your ICT competence partner, ITIL V3 from ITIL Certified, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in October 2015.
