Mahesh Venkatachalam

Mahesh Venkatachalam, PMP has a solid background in technology leadership and digital transformation. Mahesh currently holds the role of Vice President - Head of Engineering Delivery at HTC Global Services. Prior to this, they served as Senior Vice President - Head of Digital Platforms at Bank of the West, where they led the development of a comprehensive agile digital platform strategy and managed an $80M portfolio. Before that, they served as Vice President - Digital Technology at Comerica Bank, where they developed and executed the bank's digital strategy and led the delivery of a retail digital transformation. Earlier in their career, Mahesh held roles at Ally and Dassault Systemes, where they gained experience in digital channel technology and technical account management.

Mahesh Venkatachalam, PMP, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Chemistry from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 1987 to 1992. Mahesh also possesses several additional certifications, including an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in 2021 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2008. Additionally, they have completed various courses in fields such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, internet of things, and cybersecurity from prestigious institutions like MIT Professional Education and LinkedIn.
