Cesar A.'s work experience began in 2004 as a Technical Support Specialist for TracFone Wireless. Cesar then worked at Sykes as a Manager of Customer Service Operations from 2007 to 2009. In 2011, they joined HTC VIVE as a Master Trainer, focusing on Global Branding and Engagement in Customer Experience until 2013. Cesar A. then became the Manager of Global Training and Development, Customer Experience at HTC VIVE from 2013 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Senior Manager of Global CRM and Digital Solutions, Customer Experience at HTC VIVE. Currently, Cesar A. works as the Director of Global Customer Experience at HTC VIVE.
