Nikola Gladovic

Nikola Gladovic has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Gecko Solutions d.o.o. in 2012. Following this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Kernel Studios from October 2013 to July 2014. Nikola then joined HTEC Group as a Software Engineer in September 2014 and later took on the role of Team Lead/Project Manager from October 2015 to January 2017. Subsequently, they served as an Account, Project, and Product Manager at High Tech Engineering Center from January 2017 to January 2020. From January 2020 to July 2021, Nikola was an Engineering Manager at HTEC Group, and then they transitioned to the position of Director Engineering & Delivery from July 2021 to the present. Finally, they assumed the role of Director of Business Development at HTEC Group starting in January 2023.

Nikola Gladovic obtained a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Belgrade, where they studied from 2009 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Sabacka gimnazija from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Leading without Formal Authority" from LinkedIn in 2018.
