Bartosz Łojko

Bartosz Łojko has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Bartosz started their career in 2006 as an Operator of photocopiers at KSERO - FAX Sp. z.o.o, where they worked until 2011. Bartosz then joined Gillette Poland International sp. z.o.o in 2011 and held various positions, including Machine Operator, Electronics Technician, and Expert Electronics. In these roles, Bartosz was responsible for maintenance, inspections, failure analysis, and quality control of production machines. Bartosz also conducted workshops and training sessions to improve efficiency and eliminate losses. In 2018, Bartosz joined HTL-STREFA S.A., where they initially worked as a Process Engineer before transitioning to the role of Junior Project Manager and later becoming a Project Manager.

Bartosz Łojko completed their education at Zespół Szkół Elektroniczno-Energetycznych nr 1 w Łodzi, where they obtained a degree in Technik Elektronik with a specialization in computer systems and networks.

In addition to their formal education, Bartosz has also obtained various certifications. These certifications include a Mini MBA from the Wydział Zarządzania Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego, obtained in 2023. Bartosz also holds a certification in the application of risk management to medical products, specifically PN-EN ISO 14971:2020, which they obtained from the Polskie Centrum Badań i Certyfikacji S.A. in November 2022.

Furthermore, Bartosz has received certifications in project management essentials and project risk management from ENERGY Group in November 2019. Bartosz also completed a course on construction molding tools from Experteam Sp. z o.o. in July 2019, and a course on plastic products construction from the same institution in May 2019.

Other certifications obtained by Bartosz include EXCEL - Work data from external sources: Import, analysis, reporting, obtained from Cognity Szkolenia in June 2019. In April 2019, Bartosz received a certification in responsibility for machines, meeting the requirements of the Machinery and Tooling Directive from AGAMON.

Before that, in March 2019, they completed a certification in injection molding tool service level 1 from Experteam Sp. z o.o. Bartosz also completed various certifications related to technology and plastics, including technology mold proving (TMP), technology process and quality control (TPQ), technology plastics advanced (TPA), and technology plastics basics (TPB), all obtained from ENGEL in 2018 and 2019.

Additionally, Bartosz has certifications in classification of safety functions in accordance with ISO 13849-1 from Schmersal-Polska in August 2018, Siemens SIMATIC - Basic S7 Training from INTEX S.A. in December 2017, maintenance of Stäubli Robotic Arm Serie TX / TP from Stäubli Polska in October 2017, and ControlLogix - Basic RSLogix 5000 from Elmark Automatyka in April 2017. Bartosz also completed Engel Operator Basics - CC200 (EOB) certification from ENGEL in February 2015.
