David Meltzer MBA, PMP® has extensive work experience in the IT and project management field. David currently serves as the IT Director at Hickory Transportation since May 2018. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Project X IT Consultancy from January 2018 to January 2019. David also has experience as a Project Manager at The Adecco Group from August 2017 to January 2018. David Meltzer has also worked at Hickory Transportation as an IT Engineer from January 2015 to August 2017. Before that, they were a student at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, actively learning and obtaining industry certifications in IT. In addition, they have significant experience in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Project Director from April 2012 to July 2014, a Regional Business Manager from March 2006 to March 2012, an Operations Manager from March 2005 to March 2006, a Project Manager from June 2002 to March 2005, and an Analyst from August 1995 to May 2002. Continuing their education, David pursued an MBA degree in Technology Management from Colorado Technical University from 2009-2011. David further enhanced their skills by completing a Project Management Professional certification program at Syracuse University in 2016. In addition to their formal education, David holds various certifications such as CompTIA Cloud+, Project Management Professional, ITIL Foundations, CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, and CompTIA Security+.
