Alexander Shynkarenko

Alexander Shynkarenko has worked in the biotechnology field since 2017. In that year, they began working as a Bioinformatician at the D.F.Chebotarev State Institute of Gerontology NAMS of Ukraine. Alexander also worked as an Industry Analyst at the Biogerontology Research Foundation, where they produced a 800-page report, created detailed overviews of the world longevity market, and managed the preparation of multiple C-level presentations. In 2018, they moved to Myhelix Inc. as a Bioinformatician and Genetic Researcher, where they participated in creating genetic, epigenetic and metagenomic direct-to-consumer tests and provided data analysis and bioinformatics pipelines for company products. In 2019, they joined Ryvu Therapeutics as a Bioinformatician. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of HTuO Biosciences, a company with the mission of making the process of designing drugs faster and more efficient.

Alexander Shynkarenko obtained a Master's degree in Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b between 2014 and 2020. In addition, they obtained the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate Specialization from Coursera in April 2019 and The 4th Romanian Bioinformaics Seminar on NGS Technologies from the Romanian Society of Bioinformatics in February 2019.
