Jeffrey Ho

Jeffrey Ho has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jeffrey is currently serving as the Head of Solution Architecture at HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) since September 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Assistant Director - Capability Sustainment at HTX from June 2019 to September 2022.

Before joining HTX, Jeffrey worked at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) as the Assistant Director - IT Infrastructure & Support Services from May 2011 to June 2019. In this position, they managed the service desk, IT support services, and overall IT infrastructure.

From June 2006 to May 2011, Jeffrey held the role of IT Manager - Infrastructure at the Singapore Institute of Management. Jeffrey was responsible for the IT infrastructure, procurement, business continuity planning, and IT support services.

Prior to that, Jeffrey worked at SembCorp Engineers & Constructors as the IT Manager - Infrastructure from 2003 to 2006, where they managed the IT infrastructure and support services, including end-user support.

Jeffrey'searlier experiences include working as an IT Manager at ComfortDelGro from January 2000 to December 2003 and as an IT Administrator at 3M Singapore from January 1996 to January 2000.

Jeffrey Ho earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1988 to 1992. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate in 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert in 2021, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate in 2021, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate in 2021, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in 2021.
