Joanne Leong

Joanne Leong has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Joanne is currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partner at HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore as a Senior Manager in Performance, Compensation, and Rewards from 2020 to 2022. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Manager in Career Development at the Public Service Division. Joanne also has experience in the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore, where they worked as a Manager in Employee Learning & Development from 2012 to 2018. Before that, they worked at the National University Hospital as a Senior Executive from 2009 to 2013. In 2007, they worked as an Associate in Learning and Development at the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. Lastly, Joanne started their career as a Training Development Officer at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore from 2006 to 2007.

Joanne Leong completed their Bachelor of Business (Second Upper) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Consulting from NBS Alumni Affairs, NTU in 2005. In 2013, they obtained a Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Nottingham.
