Candys Hess, CPTD

Candys Hess, CPTD has a wide range of work experience, beginning with their role as a Human Resources Graduate Intern at Baptist Health Care in 2007. Candys then held various roles at Warren Averett, LLC from 2012 to 2015, including Senior Associate Learning Coordinator and Associate Learning Coordinator. In 2015, they became the Owner of Intuitive Training & Consulting. From 2016 to 2018, Hess worked as an Instructor at Northwest Florida State College, an Instructional Designer at SkillQ, and a Registrar/LMS Administrator at SA Technical Services, Inc. In 2019, they began working as an Instructional Designer at Credence Resource Management, LLC, and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success at HTX Labs since 2022.

Candys Hess, CPTD holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida, obtained in 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida, obtained in 2004. In 2019, Hess obtained the Certified Professional in Talent Development certification from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute. Hess also holds a Kirkpatrick Four-Level Evaluation Certificate and is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator Certified Instructor from the Center for Applications of Psychological Type, Inc.
