Paul Zhiqiang Wu

Paul Zhiqiang Wu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and business development. Currently serving as the Vice President of the General Procurement Department at Huawei Technologies since August 2015, Paul leads global marketing procurement, including media-buying services and digital marketing. Concurrently, Paul has held the position of Vice President at Huawei SLA since January 2011, focusing on business development initiatives. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Huawei Technologies Africa from May 2009 to May 2011 and Management Director for business development at Huawei Technologies Madagascar & Mauritius from April 2004 to January 2006. Paul holds an MBA from Xiamen University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Beijing Institute of Technology.
