Born in August 1970, Master of Management. In 1993, he graduated from Zhongnan University of Finance and Economics, majoring in investment; in 2003, he graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, majoring in corporate management, with a master's degree in management. Joined Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. in July 1993, and successively served as a staff member of the Investment and Development Department, a staff member of the Technology Center Consulting Department, a staff member of the Planning and Development Department, the Assistant Minister of the Planning and Development Department, and the Deputy Minister of the Planning and Development Department of the company; January 2003 Until January 2011, he successively served as the executive deputy general manager and executive general manager of Huaxin Cement (Tibet) Co., Ltd., the general manager of Tibet High-tech Building Materials Group, and the administrative manager of Huaxin Cement Southwest Region. In September 2012, the first batch of "Hubei Province 123 Major Talent Projects" was selected. Since February 2011, he has successively served as the general manager of the Edong Cement Division, the general manager of the Yunnan Division, and the general manager of the central region of the Company. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial Youth Federation. From February 2011 to January 2016, he served as the Assistant Vice President of the Company. Since January 2016, he has been the vice president of the company.
