Jenna Wicks

Jenna Wicks has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jenna is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Hub Group, starting in February 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Hub Group from March 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Hub Group, Jenna was employed at Essentra for several years, where they held the position of Area Human Resources Manager from May 2016 to March 2021. Jenna also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Essentra from January 2015 to March 2021. Before their time at Essentra, Jenna was a Corporate Human Resources Specialist at SSAB from April 2012 to January 2015. Jenna'searly career experiences include working as a Human Resources Administrator at BP Capital Management from October 2010 to April 2012, where they were involved in various HR functions such as conducting background screenings, maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and processing claims. Jenna also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Scott Enterprises in Erie, PA from December 2009 to February 2010.

Jenna Wicks, PHR, SHRM-CP graduated from Mercyhurst University in 2010 with a degree in Business, with a focus on Management. In 2014, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Later, in September 2020, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification through HRCI.
