Mike Souders

Mike Souders has a strong and extensive work experience history in the logistics and freight industry. MIke began their career in 1998 as a Terminal Manager at Central Freight Lines, where they recruited and managed employees, maintained high delivery rates, handled budgeting, and prioritized transportation. In 2005, they moved on to become the Manager of Sales and Service at Old Dominion Freight Lines, overseeing terminals in Sacramento and Chico. MIke was responsible for staffing, managing the sales force, dock workers, and shop personnel. In 2016, Mike joined FedEx Freight as an Assistant Manager, where they successfully managed operations in Oakland and Sacramento, achieving significant improvements in policy compliance, on-time delivery, and efficiency. Currently, Mike is serving as the Director of Operations at Hub Group, a position they have held since February 2022.

Mike Souders attended the College of Alameda from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management. MIke also holds a certification in "20 Habits of Executive Leadership" from LinkedIn, obtained in 2023.
