Christina Trainor

Christina Trainor serves as the Senior Director of HR Operations at HUB International since September 2025. Previously, Christina held various roles at Dayforce from December 2019 to August 2025, including Director of Customer Success, CX Principal Consultant for First Year Experience, and Customer Relationship Executive for Large Enterprise. From June 2013 to December 2019, Christina worked at ATI Physical Therapy as the Director of HR Technology and Operations, Sr. HRIS Manager, HR Manager, and Senior HR Analyst, focusing on HR data, technology optimization, and employee relations. Earlier in Christina's career, from April 2005 to June 2013, positions included Accounting and Payroll and Scheduling and Registration at Silver Cross Hospital. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration from Governors State University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Joliet Junior College.
