Medini De Silva CIC, CISR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, learning, and development within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations, Learning & Development at HUB International since August 2017, Medini has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Vice President positions overseeing various regional operations. Prior to HUB, Medini was the First Vice President and Director of Operations at East West Insurance and served in operational management roles at Leavitt Group and Chapman & Associates. Medini began a legal career as an Attorney at Law after graduating from Sri Lanka Law College in 1997, with initial roles including Junior Counsel and New Business Coordinator in the insurance sector.
