Ronald Hofmann

Ronald Hofmann has had extensive work experience in various companies. Ronald started their career in 1992 at Eugen Seitz AG as an Entwicklungsleiter. Ronald then moved to Bucher Schörling GmbH in 1997, where they worked as the Head of Business Unit road sweeper until 2000. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at Ammann Group as the Head of R&D for compaction machines. Ronald then joined Rieter Machine Works Ltd. in 2006 and served as the Head of R&D for Air-Jet Spinning until 2014. Ronald joined Oetiker Group in 2014 as the Director of R&D and held this position until 2018. Currently, they are working at HUBER+SUHNER as the Head of LF Automotive Engineering and Vice President LF Technology Automotive since 2018, indicating that they still hold these positions.

Ronald Hofmann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Design and Engineering from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991. Ronald also completed the Advanced Management Program in Unternehmensführung from SKU Management Programm (Schweiz) in 2017. Additionally, they attended Kaderschule St. Gallen from 1994 to 1995 where they earned a degree in Wirtschafts Ingenieur STV, specializing in Betriebswirtschaft.
