Yashasvi Balsavar has a diversified work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2012 as a Customer Service Manager in Delaware North Companies, where they worked in the Food & Beverage department until August 2014. In 2014, they joined GMR Group as a Project Manager, specifically focusing on Quality & Service Delivery. However, this role only lasted for two months.

In 2015, Yashasvi Balsavar joined UBS as a Project Manager & Business Analyst, specifically handling FX, Rates & Credit (FRC). They worked in this role until August 2016. They then transitioned to Cvent in January 2017, where they served as a Client Account Manager for three and a half years until June 2020.

Following their time at Cvent, Yashasvi Balsavar held the position of Enterprise Account Executive from July to December 2020. Afterwards, they joined Coursera in January 2021 as an Enterprise Sales Representative, a position they held until February 2022.

Following this, Yashasvi continued their education at the University of Chester, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership in Global Business, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, from 2015 to 2016.
