Moritz Hellwig

Moritz Hellwig has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Moritz most recently worked at Hubject as the Head of Innovation since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at USU Solutions from 2015 to 2021, where they held various roles including Standortleitung Berlin, Team Lead / Chief Consultant, Team Lead / Senior Consultant, and Project Manager / Team Lead. During their time at USU Solutions, they led teams, facilitated cross-team communication, drove change management initiatives, and managed IT projects for clients in different sectors. Before that, from 2014 to 2014, Moritz worked at fotograf.de | GetPhoto.fr | GetPhoto.at | GotPhoto.co.uk as the Head of Inbound Marketing, where they were responsible for SEO/SEM, content creation and dissemination, and project management. In 2012, Moritz took a sabbatical and backpacked around the world, covering countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Burma, and the United States of America. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they worked at Cocomore AG as a Consultant, where they developed client relationships, evaluated client needs, and developed online marketing concepts. In 2010, they also volunteered at SEEDS Iceland as a Logistics Manager, where they handled scheduling and IT infrastructure. Moritz started their career at DREWEXIM as a Sales Manager B2B (Intern) and later worked at QSC AG as a Sales Manager B2B (Student Employee) in 2008 and 2007, respectively. In these roles, they handled sales, analyzed client needs, and prepared sales meetings.

Moritz Hellwig has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Linguistics and Japanese Studies from The University of Sheffield, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. In 2008 to 2009, they studied Japanese at Kobe University, and in 2006 to 2007, they studied Japanese at Doshisha University. Additionally, Moritz Hellwig has obtained certifications such as the Full Stack Web Developer Nanodegree from Udacity in August 2016, JLPT 2 from the Ministry of Education Japan in 2009, and IPMA Level D from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e. V. in January 2019.
