Stefania Sau

Stefania Sau has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2007, they interned at the UK Consulate General in Milan, Italy. Stefania then worked at Deloitte -S2G in Barcelona, Spain from 2009 to 2012, holding positions as a Team Leader and in the Post Sales Team. During this time, they managed a team of client service executives, reduced billing errors, and provided support to various divisions. From 2012 to 2013, they pursued their MBA at Hult International Business School in Boston, USA. Following that, they worked at UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) as an Account Coordinator in London, UK from February to September 2014. Stefania then joined Barclays Corporate Banking in London, UK in October 2014. During their three years at the company, they served as a Client Service Manager, coaching and managing a team of client service executives, developing leadership skills, and promoting risk awareness. Stefania engaged with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement. In 2017, Stefania took a career break from August to December. Stefania then joined Scope Group in Berlin, Germany in January 2018 as a Product Owner. In June 2022, they transitioned to Hubject, where they currently hold the role of Product Owner.

Stefania Sau holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Hult International Business School in Boston, USA, which they obtained in 2013. In 2009, they completed a Master's degree in International Relations at Universita' degli Studi di Milano in Milan, Italy. Prior to that, they participated in the Erasmus Program in 2007 at Universidade de Coimbra in Coimbra, Portugal, where they studied Economics and International Relations. Stefania Sau obtained their graduation degree in European and International Law from Universita' degli Studi di Milano in Milan, Italy, in 2006. Stefania completed their high school education at Liceo Classico, receiving a Grammar High School Diploma with a focus on Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from 1998 to 2003.

Additionally, Stefania Sau obtained a certification in Corporate Credit Analysis from the New York Institute of Finance in October 2017.
