Alison Hodivala

Alison Hodivala has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alison is currently working at hublsoft as a Partner Development Director, where they focus on decision intelligence and reimagining the data experience for business end users. Prior to this, they worked at Amelia, an IPsoft Company, as the EMEA Partner Director, where they played a key role in managing partnerships in the region. Before joining Amelia, they served as the EMEA Alliance and Partner Channel Director at Introhive. Alison also has experience as a Director at Boatman Business Service Ltd.

Earlier in their career, Alison held various positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, where they served as a Global Value Selling Programme Manager, Global Sales Enablement Programme Manager, Software Solution Principal, and Business Development Manager. Alison also worked at Mercury Interactive as a Client Readiness/Relationship Manager and at Peregrine Systems (Extricity) as a Professional Services Sales Manager.

Alison's career began at Level 8 Systems Ltd (Template Software), where they worked as a Business Process Consultant/Solution Architect, specializing in business integration solutions. Throughout their career, Alison has gained extensive experience in partner development, sales, program management, and business integration.

Alison Hodivala holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds. Alison also has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information Technology from Aston University. In addition to their degrees, Alison obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational (Organizational) Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. Alison has also earned several certifications, including the Change Management Practitioner Certificate from APMG International, the ITIL V3 Expert Certificate and ITIL v2 Managers Certificate from ISEB Ltd, the MSP Foundation Certification from APMG International, and the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate from APMG International.
