Gareth has 15 years of experience working in People and Culture and Leadership industry roles. He has successfully delivered organisational change and developmental activities, which have enriched the cultures of FTSE-100 companies and other organisations.

Gareth’s career started in the energy sector where he gained leadership skills working for big names like SSE (now OVO) and Ecotricity, before moving into the Media sector with Future Publishing. Working in global organisations and managing change across difference time zones, cultures and demographics has enhanced Gareth’s passion for all things people-related and is proud of his ability to create and contribute to working environments in which employees can develop and grow.
