Hannah Bourne

Hannah is an accomplished and business-driving HR professional with more than 18 years’ experience in a variety of sectors.

She has held senior leadership roles in high-growth tech startup businesses and global enterprises, most recently as Head of HR at Applicable (an NTT Limited company), and Chief People Officer at Zoovu.

Passionate about ensuring that the people agenda aligns with the strategic goals of the organisation, Hannah has a track record of building high performing teams with a world-class culture – creating places where people are proud to work and are inspired to deliver their best.

Hannah has an MA in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
