Gordon brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Chief of Staff. Following his highly distinguished military career, and various international appointments in the private sector, he became a qualified practitioner in the psychology of high-performing teams, in which he led multi-disciplinary teams through complex, strategic change.

Gordon’s career in the Royal Air Force spanned 25 years and included the running of air bases in the UK, global operations, and strategic policies at the heart of Government.

The past decade has been spent in multinational tech industries, leading Strategy, International Growth and M&A. He has also worked in Non-Exec Director roles supporting start-up businesses. Award-winning marketing campaigns, business transformation and the creation of optimised logistics operations are among his most obvious transferable attributes to Huboo.
