Peter Edgar

Peter Edgar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Peter started their career as a Senior Auditor at Burgis & Bullock Chartered Accountants, specializing in Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR) audits. Peter then worked as a Financial/Management Accountant at JHP Group Limited before joining EDI PLC as a Finance Manager (UK). Peter then transitioned to The Oxalis Group, where they served as both a Financial Controller and eventually Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company's global expansion and successful sale to Eaton Corporation. Following this, Peter worked at Investx as the Chief Financial Officer, leading a blockchain fintech project and launching an equity crowdfunding platform. Peter later joined Redsand as a Partner, assisting in the design, build, and operation of Green FinTech business models. Currently, Peter holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Huboo Technologies Limited, where they are responsible for the company's comprehensive software-driven, human actioned fulfillment service.

Peter Edgar began their education at Lancaster Royal Grammar School from 1991 to 1998, where they completed their A-Levels and GCSEs in subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and others. Peter then attended the University of York from 1998 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. Afterward, Peter pursued further education at BPP Professional Education from 2001 to 2004, specializing in Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
