Hannah Bourne Chartered McIpd

Hannah Bourne Chartered MCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Hannah is currently the Director of Human Resources at Huboo, a position they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer at Zoovu from September 2021 to March 2022.

From September 2014 to September 2021, Hannah worked as the Head of Human Resources at Applicable Limited, a global IT outsourcing company with 115 employees across the UK, US, and Australia. In this role, they provided strategic HR advice at all levels, managed internal communication, and oversaw health and safety initiatives.

Before joining Applicable Limited, Hannah was an HR Advisor at Milestones Trust from September 2011 to September 2014. In this role, they supported an organization of 1,000 employees in the social care sector, working closely with managers to ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and best practices. Hannah also led recruitment efforts and was responsible for talent development.

Prior to Milestones Trust, Hannah served as an HR Advisor at Bristol Care & Repair from August 2005 to September 2011. In this position, they reported directly to the CEO and was solely responsible for HR matters. Hannah advised and supported managers, developed organizational policies, managed the employee lifecycle, and coordinated training activities. Notably, Hannah selected and implemented new HR software for the organization.

Hannah's earlier experience includes working as an HR Consultant at Ernst & Young in 2004, where they successfully completed a major graduate recruitment project. Hannah also worked as a Senior Account Manager at Elan Computing from October 1999 to September 2003, focusing on contract recruitment for various organizations.

Throughout their career, Hannah has demonstrated strong HR expertise, strategic thinking, and a track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. Their extensive experience spans across different sectors and organizational sizes.

Hannah Bourne Chartered MCIPD completed their education with a BA Hons degree in Geography and Management Studies from the University of Leeds, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. In 2003, they pursued further education at Kingston University, where they obtained a Masters degree in Human Resource Management, in addition to achieving the CIPD qualification. Currently, Hannah holds the Chartered MCIPD certification granted by CIPD.
