Aiky Lucci Ausa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Espejo Magazine as an Admin Staff, providing creative and marketing support. From 2014 to 2015, they served as an IT & Communications & Branding Specialist at AFS Intercultural Programs Philippines. They then worked at the House of Representative - AN WARAY PARTY LIST REGIONAL OFFICE VIII from 2016 to 2019, where they held the role of Program Coordinator cum PRO. In 2019, they joined Zimzy Gallery as a CS cum Digital Marketing Executive until 2021. Following that, from 2021 to 2022, they served as a Hospital Administrator at MediQ Healthcare & Clinic LLC. Currently, they are employed at Hubpay, starting as a Customer Experience Associate in 2022 and subsequently promoted to Senior Customer Experience Associate in 2023.

Aiky Lucci Ausa completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from ACLC College, which took place from 2009 to 2012.
