Galina Petrova

Galina Petrova began their work experience in 2009 as a Business Analyst at the National Bank of Greece - Competence Center. During their time there, they were involved in a project to migrate/upgrade the core banking system and was responsible for preparing various documents such as the Business Requirement Document and test cases. Galina also worked closely with external consultants on developing and testing interfaces for Western Union, internet banking, and cheques.

In 2012, Galina Petrova worked as a Consultant at First Gulf Bank for a year, before moving on to Network Intelligent Payment Solutions in 2013. At Network Intelligent Payment Solutions, they initially started as a Business Analyst and later became a Senior Team Lead Payment Ops, a position they held until 2021. In these roles, they were involved in payment operations and also worked as a business analyst.

Finally, in 2022, Galina Petrova joined Hubpay as a Payment Ops Lead.

Galina Petrova's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in International economic relations from Economic University Sofia, Bulgaria, and a Master's degree in the Economy of the real estate market, also obtained from Economic University Sofia, Bulgaria.

In addition to their formal education, Galina Petrova has obtained several certifications. Galina completed a course on "Excel: Macros in Depth (365/2019)" from LinkedIn in December 2021, as well as a course on "SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis" from the same institution and month. Furthermore, they acquired certifications in "Sales Channel Management" (November 2021), "Excel Data Visualization: Mastering 20+ Charts and Graphs" (October 2021), "Excel: PivotTables in Depth" (October 2021), "Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners" (October 2021), "Project Management Tips" (October 2021), "Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations" (September 2021), "Agile Project Leadership" (September 2021), "Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories" (September 2021), and "Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling" (September 2021) through LinkedIn. Lastly, they received certification in "ITIL Foundation Level" from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2021.
