Ashley Elizabeth Hodder is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the fields of product management and user experience. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Product and UX Recruiting at HubSpot since November 2017, Ashley has progressed through various roles, including Manager and Team Lead, by supporting leaders in creating exceptional customer experiences. Prior to HubSpot, Ashley worked at athenahealth as Recruiting Manager, focusing on a range of technical roles and enhancing recruiting processes through data-driven strategies. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Executive Recruiting at Kirkland West LLC, where Ashley managed recruitment for corporate strategy and operations roles for Fortune 500 companies.
