Colleen O'Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Colleen is currently a member of the Chief community, a network that supports women leaders. Prior to that, they held various roles at HubSpot, including Vice President of Integrated Customer Experience, Senior Director of Customer Success EMEA, Director of Customer Success EMEA, and Manager of International Services. Additionally, they worked as a Mission Liaison at the Korean Consulate General in Boston, coordinating projects with the US State Department. Early in their career, Colleen served as a Communications Specialist at Honors Review English Academy, teaching English as a foreign language and developing business-training programs.

Colleen O'Sullivan completed their Masters in Liberal Arts with a focus on General Management from Harvard Extension School from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Providence College, attending from 1997 to 2001. In 1999, Colleen spent a year abroad at University College Dublin, where they focused on Politics and History. Earlier in their education, they attended Notre Dame Academy School from 1993 to 1997, but the exact degree and field of study are not specified. Additionally, they have obtained a TLC Leaders Program Certificate of Completion from The Leadership Consortium (TLC) in March 2021.
