Duncan Lennox

Duncan Lennox is a prominent technology executive currently serving as the Chief Product & Technology Officer at HubSpot since September 2025. Prior to this role, Duncan held several leadership positions at Google from February 2022 to September 2025, including VP/GM of Applied AI for Google Cloud and overseeing engineering for Site Reliability across various Google services. Duncan is also a board member and member of the executive committee at IAB Tech Lab, contributing to foundational technology and standards for the digital media ecosystem. Previous experience includes serving as General Manager of Amazon Elastic File System at AWS and co-founding Qstream, a company focused on mobile sales enablement and analytics. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Computer Science from University College Dublin, where involvement included serving as captain of the Aikido Club.
