Hayley Hughes

Hayley Hughes is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Director of Product Design at HubSpot since September 2023. Previously, Hayley held the position of Director of Product Design at Nike from June 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading Consumer Platform teams to develop reusable design standards. Prior roles include UX Design Manager at Shopify, Design Lead at Airbnb, and Design Lead for the IBM Design Language, where Hayley directed the vision for a design language used across 3,000 products. Educationally, Hayley holds a Master of Graphic Design in User Experience Design from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The University of Georgia. Additional experience encompasses graphic design work at various organizations, including the Rubin Museum of Art and freelance projects for notable clients.
