Jeanine is passionate about creating equitable environments in the corporate and local community in which people are afforded equal access to opportunities to thrive and progress. Throughout her career spanning the tech, private, finance, charity and community sector, she has worked towards creating inclusive, diverse work environments in which under represented talent can develop and grow.

Jeanine is an agent of change and works strategically with senior leaders, guiding organizations to recognize intersectionality and the importance of storytelling – which in turn fuels people’s curiosity and drive for self-learning and engaging with the principles of diversity.
