Judith Hart

Judith Hart is an experienced professional in leadership development and coaching, currently serving as a Principal Enablement Partner at HubSpot since December 2023. Previously, Judith worked at LinkedIn from October 2011 to December 2023, where as a Senior Enablement Lead in Leadership Coaching, Judith designed the Coach[in] leadership program for over 1000 leaders across multiple regions and created a train-the-trainer program for global scaling. Judith also held various roles at LinkedIn, focusing on global programs, sales learning and development, and sales coaching. Prior experience includes working as a Relationship Account Manager at Dell and as a Consultant Psychologist at Sentis. Judith’s academic qualifications include an EMCC Advanced Diploma in Corporate Wellbeing and a Masters of Arts in Psychology from University College Dublin.
