Sidharth Balaji

Sidharth Balaji is an accomplished professional in the field of Solutions Engineering with extensive experience in both PreSales and team leadership roles. Currently serving as Team Lead, PreSales at HubSpot since May 2021, Sidharth is engaged in a leadership development program focused on enhancing management skills. Sidharth has previously held positions at HubSpot, including Principal Solutions Engineer for the UKI, Benelux, and Nordics regions, where significant ARR growth was achieved. Formerly with Freshworks, Sidharth contributed to the establishment of Solutions Engineering teams across various markets, resulting in considerable revenue growth. Sidharth began a career as a Design Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, following a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
