Tansy Murray is a seasoned professional in product design with extensive experience across multiple leading companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Design at HubSpot since June 2025, Tansy previously held the position of Director of Product Design at Meta from January 2022 to February 2025, where leadership focused on creating an integrated ecosystem for the Future of Work. Prior to Meta, Tansy was Vice President of CX & Design at Mastercard, leading global teams in experience-led product design and developing transformational products. Earlier career roles include Creative Director and Senior Designer at Twelve Horses and positions as a Designer at Riverdeep and Orbit Interactive. Tansy holds a 2.1 Honours Degree in History of Art & English from University College Dublin and a City & Guilds Certificate in Multimedia from Arthouse, Dublin.
