Dharshini Baskar

Dharshini Baskar began their work experience in August 2021 as a Project Trainee at Brakes India Private Limited. In September 2021, they interned as a Project Intern at EID PARRY (INDIA) LTD. Dharshini then joined Hubstream in August 2022 as a Product Manager Trainee before being promoted to the role of Product Manager in November 2022. Their responsibilities at Hubstream include translating user requirements into features, monitoring product performance, and facilitating continuous improvement.

Dharshini Baskar obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Stella Maris College, which they attended from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Commerce at Zion Matriculation Higher Secondary School. Dharshini also received a 10th-grade education from NSN Matriculation Higher Secondary School.

In 2020, Dharshini enrolled in the Crescent School of Business (CSB) and pursued an MBA with a focus on Strategy. Their field of study within the MBA program was Operations and Finance. Dharshini completed their MBA in 2022.

In terms of additional certifications, Dharshini has obtained various qualifications. Dharshini received a Financial Analyst Certification from Udemy in June 2021. In February 2020, they obtained an SAP FICO certification from Stella Maris College. Dharshini also completed several courses on Udemy, including Azure DevOps Boards for Project Managers and Figma, in August 2022. Furthermore, Dharshini completed a course on Market Entry Strategy for Asia offered by the National University of Singapore in June 2022. Dharshini also has Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt certifications from the MSME-Technology Development Centre in April 2022 and March 2022, respectively. Additionally, Dharshini obtained a Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google in May 2021.
