Diana Beltrán

Diana Beltrán's work experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Hubtek starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Frubana, where they held multiple roles. From January to September 2022, they were a Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for leading the recruitment and selection process for various departments, developing recruitment strategies, and creating an interviewing manual. From June to December 2021, they worked as a Recruiting & Employer Branding Analyst, partnering with different areas of the company and driving the recruitment strategy for Frubana's expansion. Before Frubana, Diana was a Campus Recruiting Trainee at the Boston Consulting Group from December 2020 to June 2021.

Diana Beltrán pursued their education at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 2016 to 2021. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. Additionally, in October 2020, they earned a certification in Talent Management from Universidad de La Sabana.
