Rachel Skulina

Rachel Skulina is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the VP of People and Head of People and Flourishing at Huckberry since September 2018, Rachel has demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing People infrastructure and strategies to support hyper-growth organizations. Prior roles include People Experience Specialist at Formation, where Rachel developed processes for employee engagement and compliance, and People Operations Manager at Wonolo, where Rachel contributed to core values discovery and enhanced employee onboarding. Additional experience includes positions at Postmates, Law Offices of Jeremy Pasternak, Thatcher Gallery, William Zavarello Co., LPA, and The Mail Room, Inc. Rachel holds an MA in Asian Pacific Studies from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Art History from The University of Akron.
