John Tan, PhD

John Tan, PhD has a varied work experience, beginning with a role as a Science Tutor at Pacific Union College in 2010. John then moved on to Loma Linda University in 2013, where they held roles as a Graduate Student and Graduate Teaching Assistant. In 2018, they took on a Post Doctoral Fellow role at Loma Linda University, followed by an Assistant Professor role at the Loma Linda University Medical Center in 2020. Most recently, they have been a Data Scientist at Otrafy since 2021, and is currently a Senior Data Scientist at Huckleberry Labs since 2022.

John Tan obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biochemistry from Loma Linda University in 2018. John also earned a PhD certification from the same institution in May 2018.
