Yvonne Eruteya

Yvonne Eruteya is the current CFO at Huckletree. Prior to this, they were the Interim Finance Director at The Office Group from December 2019 to August 2020. Her responsibilities there included leading management reporting, business rates, accounting operations, company secretariat, treasury, audit and group accounting.

Before that, they were the CFO Scale Space at Blenheim Chalcot from September 2016 to June 2019 where they were a business partner to the CEO and a member of the board. Yvonne supported business strategy, delivered commercial driven finance, and spearheaded corporate finance and governance, risks and controls. Yvonne also had company secretariat duties, investor relations, bank relationships and audit management.

Her previous role was Head of Finance - Development at Royal Mail from January 2008 to August 2016. There they drove strategic, operational and finance insights in support of achieving business strategy and boosting performance. Yvonne led financial planning and analysis, owned investment business cases, managed stakeholders and oversaw governance and controls. Yvonne also spearhead commercial lead property investment transactions including disposals, joint ventures, and major supplier appointments.

Some of their key accomplishments include developing high value property strategic investment cases signed off by the main Board, which generated annual cost savings and disposal profits in hundreds of millions; negotiating deal structure for property disposals realising hundreds of millions of profits in competitive market landscape.

Yvonne Eruteya's educational career consists of a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Management Information Systems from the University of Hertfordshire, a professional corporate finance qualification from the ICAEW/CISI, and a professional management accounting qualification from the CIMA.

Yvonne Eruteya reports to Gabriela Hersham, CEO and Co-Founder. They are on a team with Andrew Lynch - COO and Co-Founder, Hugo Jenkins - VP, Commercial, and Jemma Wong - Director, Marketing and Sales.
