Josipa Beti

Josipa Beti has been working in the human resources and people and culture field since 2014. In that year, they began as a Recruitment Assistant at Adecco, where they were in charge of detecting candidates, conducting telephone interviews, providing feedback to candidates, writing candidate proposals, updating internal candidate databases, and assisting in psychological testing and interpretation of psychological profiles. Josipa was also responsible for all community and social media activities, including content creation, managing published content, ensuring that the community strategy supports overall brand goals, monitoring, listening, and responding to users, developing/expanding community and outreach efforts, compiling reports, presenting results, monitoring trends in social media tools, and analysing, reviewing, and reporting on effectiveness of campaigns.

In 2015, Josipa Beti moved to INA Grupa, where they worked as a Human Resources Specialist. Her duties included conducting psychological testing and writing psychological profiles, searching for candidates and screening resumes, job posting, conducting interviews, and utilizing online recruitment tools.

In 2018, Josipa Beti began working at KMAG - Kia Motors Adria Group as a Human Resources Coordinator.

In 2019, they moved to Deegloo as a Human Resources Manager.

In 2020, Josipa Beti began working at Lemax as a People and Culture Generalist.

Finally, in 2021, they moved to Huddle, where they currently serve as both the VP of People and Culture and the Head of People and Culture.

Josipa Beti obtained a High School Diploma from Secondary Aeronautical Tehnical School Rudolf Perešin in 2009. Josipa then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Psychology from The University Centre for Croatian Studies at the University of Zagreb in 2015. In 2018, Josipa Beti obtained a Certificate in Reality Therapy, Choice Theory, and Lead Management from the European Institute for Reality Therapy. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Points of You, Explorer from Points of You® in 2022, Master your brain: Neuroscience for personal development from Udemy in 2020, and Choice Coaching from Academy of Choice in 2018.
