Vibin Balakrishnan

Vibin Balakrishnan is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the CTO at Hudini since April 2022. Previously, Vibin held the position of Chief of Digital Technology at Dubai Airport Freezone Authority (DAFZA) from November 2020 to December 2021, where the focus was on facilitating digital transformation for diverse stakeholders. As Head of Digital Experiences at Jumeirah Group from November 2018 to November 2020, Vibin executed channel strategies to enhance customer experiences. At Dubai Properties, Vibin enabled organizational digitalization with an emphasis on customer focus and automation in 2018. As co-founder of Shopalyst from 2014 to 2017, Vibin developed a prominent platform at the confluence of e-commerce and digital marketing. Earlier roles included leading innovation for retail technology at Al Futtaim and co-founding the ShoppingTrip360 platform at Infosys. Vibin holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, earned between 1996 and 2000.
