Dawn Magnotta has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Dawn began their career in 1995 at Merrill Lynch as a Mortgage Bond Salesperson. In 2006, they joined Glocap Search as a Senior Accounting and Operations Recruiter. Dawn then moved to an undisclosed company in 2012 as the Head of Alternative Investments Recruiting - Infrastructure - C level and below. Most recently, they have been the Head of Infrastructure: Accounting, Operations & Compliance Practice, C-level and below at Hudson Gate Partners since 2016.
Dawn Magnotta received a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology from New York University between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they received a BS in Accounting from Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at University of Delaware. Her educational journey began at Commack High School.
