Wilson Cano

Wilson Cano joined the Hudson Guild team as Deputy Executive Director in 2021. In addition to the general management of the agency, he oversees the Early Childhood Education and Youth Development & Education departments. Wilson has more than 17 years of experience in youth and family development programming and management. In addition to being a retired New York City Police Detective, he has been employed at the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development, along with a number of nonprofits in NYC and Westchester, holding various positions, including Executive Director. Wilson attended and completed his undergraduate education at Columbia University Business School and earned his Master's degree in Social Services Administration at Lincoln University.
