Stefanie Harris

Stefanie Harris is an experienced coach and educator currently serving as an Inner Alignment Coach at Spacious Heart Coaching and Consulting since August 2022. With a focus on mindfulness and emotional intelligence, Stefanie collaborates with Inseus Mindfulness, contributes as a Trained Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher for the Center For Mindful Self-Compassion, and holds a 200 RYT Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance. Additional expertise includes serving as a Certified Hudson Institute Internal Coach and teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at the University of California, San Diego - School of Medicine. Prior to a coaching career, Stefanie held various leadership roles at Amazon.com, including Director of Customer and Brand Protection and Category Leader for several product categories. Stefanie's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Montana State University-Bozeman.
