Wayne Gutches

Wayne Gutches has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Wayne started their career at Worldwide Insurance Specialists, Inc in 1999, where they served as the CEO and General Manager. In this role, they managed all aspects of the agency, including underwriting, operations, and marketing. Wayne was responsible for recruitment, training, surety appointments, commissions, and negotiated contingent commissions. Wayne efficiently managed programs, including underwriting and rates.

In 2010, Wayne joined Bluestone Surety as the Vice President of Program Development. Here, they directed efforts for business growth development, focusing on product offerings and capable staff. Wayne created new surety programs that targeted underserved market segments and analyzed loss rates in comparison to existing programs and underwriting criteria.

In 2012, Wayne moved to American Safety Insurance as the Vice President of Program Development. Wayne contributed to program development initiatives until 2013, when they joined Hudson Insurance Group. At Hudson, Wayne initially served as the Vice President of Commercial Surety and later advanced to the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Surety in April 2019.

Wayne Gutches has continuing education in Business. Wayne obtained a certification in Time Management: Working from Home from LinkedIn in July 2020.
