Laura Frey

Laura Frey has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Laura is currently the Vice President and Head of HR at Hudson Insurance Group, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, Laura worked at AXIS Capital, where they held various roles including Director of People & Talent Operations, Director of HR Operations, and Human Resources Consultant from January 2020 to December 2022. Before AXIS Capital, they served as a Managing Director of Human Resources at Fortress Investment Group from June 2014 to December 2019. Laura has also worked at AIG as a Director of Human Resources from November 2010 to May 2014, where they led global design programs and implemented a new performance management process for approximately 60,000 employees. Laura began their career as an Associate at Lynch, Jones & Ryan from 1993 to 1997.
